Sometimes, we all need a neutral third party to help us have the conversations that matter with our boards, neighborhoods, community groups and committees.
The Lee Institute provides professional facilitators to lead meetings from 5 to 500 people, providing structure, flow, fairness and inclusion for participants in any gathering. We frequently facilitate board meetings, leadership retreats and planning sessions.
A professional facilitator can design the right process and the right results-oriented agenda to achieve your goals. Facilitators can keep discussions on track, design creative methods to solve complex problems, ensure that all voices in the room are heard and respected, and build the group’s capacity to have challenging conversations.
Having an outside facilitator allows your executive director, chair and board leaders to participate fully in the discussion without worrying about timing, agendas or process.
All Lee consultants are trained in facilitation methods by the Interaction Institute for Social Change (Boston and Belfast). The Lee Institute also designs and facilitates based on the methods of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
