Executive Coaching

The Lee Institute serves a limited number of nonprofit executive directors and board members through individual executive coaching engagements.

Our team can design a coaching curriculum that helps social sector leaders clarify their thinking about organizational challenges and their own careers, increase their effectiveness as leaders, heighten their self-awareness, build confidence and reduce organizational conflict.

The one-on-one support was very beneficial as I work to be a valuable board member for the nonprofits I serve. It helped me better understand my skills and how to work more effectively in the nonprofit community.
— Quote from a recent client

Thanks to our own experience as nonprofit executives, we bring unique empathy to the coaching process, drawing on years of experience, research and nonprofit best practices to help clients discover their greatest potential.

Unlike many consulting services, coaching is not designed to provide answers for the client, but instead facilitates the client as she reframes issues and determines solutions for herself. Coaching sessions typically last ninety minutes and occur every three to four weeks.
